Permanent ContractLocation: Kirton Lindsey Primary School, Kirton-in-LindseyHours: 21 hours per week (flexible depending on successful candidate) e.g. over 3 days (Mon-Wed 8:30-4:30) or 4 or 5 days. Core hours would be 8:30-12:30 on any days worked. 195 day (inc. 5 days for INSET) contract, term-time only.DBS: Yes (Enhanced with Barred List Check)Start date: September 2024About this Role
Kirton Lindsey Primary School is looking for a Business Manager to join our expanding team. This is a new and important role for the school and the successful candidate will be a member of the extended leadership team under the direction of the Headteacher. The successful candidate will have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience in matters of school financial management, estates management and operations management. The candidate will also have the appropriate school business management qualification or be prepared to begin this within the first term of appointment.As a Business Manager you will:

  • Demonstrate your knowledge and skills in managing the school finances, estates and operations.
  • Contribute your knowledge and skills to drive school improvement through the extended leadership team.
  • Lead and manage a team of support staff in the administrative, cleaning and maintenance teams.
