The Operational Resilience team gets involved in major events and initiatives to help keep things running smoothly.
We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence at Revolut. An analytical mind to support the business in building resilient operations and preparing us for major change events. Someone who’ll take our contingency and crisis management procedures to the next level.

- Partnering with Departments and functions to assess and build resilient operations
- Supporting our global entities with their local operational resilience requirements
- Designing, implementing, and testing contingency plans (including Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, Crisis Management Procedures, and Scenario playbooks)
- Leading our group stress testing programme, designing complex failure scenarios and putting the business through its paces in simulations
- Supporting the executive during crisis events to protect our customers and the company
- Conducting lessons-learned activities following major events to continually improve our procedures
- Working closely with our Product and Data teams to build a world-class resiliency function
- Using data and quantitative analysis to understand our business operations and implement resiliency strategies
What you’ll need
- A 2:1 degree from a top university
- 2-10 years of experience in Operational Resilience, Operational Risk Management, or Management Consulting, preferably in financial services
- Deep knowledge of Operational Resilience standards and regulations with experience implementing these in a global company
- Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data
- A solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)
- The ability to quickly assume responsibilities
- An organised and methodological approach
- Dynamic interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Basic SQL skills
- Business Continuity Institute Accreditation
