Business Studies TeacherProtocol Education are working closely with a secondary school in Swindon, SN4, and are seeking an exceptional and motivated Business Studies Teacher. • Will be able to show strong teaching and learning skills.
• Have expert knowledge of Business Studies curriculum at KS3 + KS4 level.
• Can plan and deliver inclusive curriculum content and deliver excellent outcomes for all learners.
• Show proactive commitment to further professional development, as well as CPD beyond immediate role – seeking a breadth and depth of knowledge and experience.
• Communicate and work effectively within your department and leadership team to ensure that underachievement is addressed quickly and effectively.
• Contribute to wider school community – i.e.. Sports or extra curricular activity.
• Be able to inspire and motivate students – both in their learning and educating in how to be a respected member of their community.
• Marking regularly in line with department policy and give feedback that stimulates improved learning.
• Have a sense of humour.

• Have a genuine care and respect of all students, staff and colleagues including their wellbeing and own mental health.
