What you’ll do

Join us at an exciting time in the OD & Inclusion team at University Hospital Southampton. You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in a team that is driving cultural change in the organisation. We’re dedicated to improving staff experience and delivering the trust’s ambitious 2022-2026 people strategy.

You will be at the forefront of shaping our future services, playing an important part within the OD & Inclusion Team, providing high quality administrative and project support, responding to clients and collaborating with both internal and external staff and agencies. You will create relevant documents and reports as needed, assist with coordinating events within UHS.

We invest in the continued growth and development of our staff and are looking for people who are passionate about improving staff experience and working as part of our team.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person with a mature, responsible and flexible outlook to join our busy team.

As the successful post holder, you’ll need good communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player as you’ll work closely with your peers and senior managers. You’ll be IT literate, able to work autonomously and flexibly.

If you can manage your workload in an organised, proactive and effective manner, you are reliable and self-motivated, have excellent communication and personal skills with a flexible approach to work, excellent attention to detail – then we’d like to talk to you about joining our team.
