The appointed Business Teacher will:

• Deliver engaging and effective Business lessons at KS4 and KS5.
• Monitor student progress and provide tailored support to ensure achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and new initiatives within the department.
• Play a key role in enhancing student outcomes through leadership opportunities.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Business or a related field.
• PGCE or QTS qualification.
• Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (including PGCE placements).
• A commitment to fostering student growth and achievement.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary on the MPS/UPS scale, with an additional TLR available for leadership responsibilities.Application:
