Position description
- Organization and management of incoming and outgoing calls
- Call center support and patient service for home care issues
- Providing consultancy support
- Receiving, recording and confirming patient appointments based on company procedures
Qualifications
- Degree in AEI/ATEI/IEK Professionals
- Previous experience in a relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in handling ERP platform, CRM
- Good knowledge of English language
