A well-established call center is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their team! The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are to answer inbound calls for a variety of companies such as medical offices, heating & cooling companies, plumbers, catalog ordering, property management and more. NO OUTBOUND OR SALES CALLS!! Training is provided and you will join an experienced team committed to providing top-notch customer service.

Customer Service Representative Job Highlights:

Choice of 1st or 2nd shift, and choice of working every other weekend or every Saturday
1st shift hours – 6am-2pm – $16.00/hour
2nd shift hours –12pm-8pm – $17.00/hour
Add $1/hour on weekend shifts!
$2 bonus for bilingual CSR (English and Spanish)
Additional bonuses available based on attendance and ratings
Evaluation-to-hire position means long-term opportunity with the company

What they are looking for:

MUST be able to type at least 35 words per minute, testing required.
Flexible in tasks and duties assigned
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic computer and internet skills
Pleasant and professional telephone voice, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
MUST be reliable and show up to all scheduled shifts on time. Attendance is VERY important.
