Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Agent to join our team at Smart Customer. In this role, you will primarily handle inbound calls related to loan inquiries, processing approximately 50 calls per day, with an average of 25–35 connected calls. You will also make some outbound calls using a dialer system to follow up on late payments and encourage customers to bring their accounts current.

Agents are responsible for:

• Taking payments over the phone
• Explaining loan processes after funding
• Maintaining a professional and patient tone
• Using computer systems effectively to manage accounts and customer details

Requirements:

• Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English
• Computer savvy with strong typing skills
• Ability to stay organized and professional under pressure
• Experience in customer service or call center work preferred
• Friendly, clear, and patient communication skills
