Seeking Call Center Agents for a local financial institution. Our Call Center Agents will manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries. We are looking for candidates with a consistent customer service/sales background as well as strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have prior banking/teller experience but candidates with prior retail sales and cash handling experience are encouraged to apply. Call Center Agent Job Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone
Promotes credit union products and services
Meet sales and service goals
Assist members with transactions and information on their accounts
Correspond with members via email

Call Center Agent Qualifications:

1-2 years of recent sales and administrative experience
Basic to Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage a high volume of calls
Ability to work with various individuals (clients and team members)
Attention to detail, clear communicator
