Call Center/Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

• Handling inbound phone calls from patients/customers
• Ensure correct information or directs the call to the appropriate team member while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Dealing with insurance verification and updating information
• Prior authorizations
• Will be working remotely in a call center setting
• Need to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician

Pay Rate: $18 – $21/hr (this is based on experience)

• Previous call center experience with a strong healthcare background
• Good tenure

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $24.00
