This is a partially remote position once you have completed your training phase, and you will need to be able to work out of the local office at times.

ROLE: Homeowner Services Representative in an inbound call center
HOURS: Monday-Friday 9 am – 6 pm.
REMOTE: Primarily remote, however, some in-office hours will be required for the role.

We operate a contact center with a friendly and team-oriented atmosphere where we support thousands of diverse requests daily. Our homeowners contact us via many channels – phone, email, and chat. Experience in a fast-paced call center environment or a similar type of customer service role is desired, but may not be required if you know you will excel in that type of environment.
