Positions: Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representatives

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Job Overview:

Seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a background in retail, fast food, or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 70-100 inbound calls daily, assisting customers with inquiries and orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each caller.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet company standards and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Customer service-oriented mindset – this is a top priority.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
  • Previous experience in retail, food service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Hiring Process:

  • Candidates must complete a two-hour interview process:
  • Hour 1: Data entry assessment and job simulation.
  • Hour 2: Facility tour and meeting with staff.

Dress Code:

  • Business casual attire is required:
  • Slacks and a professional top.
  • Not permitted: Jeans, leggings, shorts, or revealing clothing.

Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment following the law. Including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
