Call Center
Responsible for scheduling patient appointments for all clinics of the facility. Responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls from external and internal customers. Professionally greets customers, vendors, and staff; responds to inquiries of a specific or general nature; determines appropriate response or direction for the caller. Performs other duties as assigned.
