Call Center (Inbound)

Located in Grand Rapids, MN

Salary: $15.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals is looking for energetic Customer Service Representatives in Grand Rapids, MN who have a talent for sparking up a conversation and meeting new people. In this role, you will manage several accounts while utilizing your phone charm and skill to assist or advise clients, receiving roughly 120 – 160 daily inbound calls.

Upon successful completion of a 2-week in person paid training, you will have the option to continue work in person or remotely.

Requirements:

Computer with Windows 10 or newer and high-speed internet
Antivirus software protection
Strong typing and communication abilities
Background call center experience is a plus
Problem-solving and organizational capabilities

What is provided:

Starting wage is $15.00/hour
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm or 10:00am – 6:00pm
