In-Person Call Center Representative (Inbound Calls)

Express Employment in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking friendly, professional, and dependable individuals to join our client’s team for an in-person call center role. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide outstanding service, and resolve issues efficiently. This is an in-person role where you will work collaboratively with your team in a fast-paced and supportive office environment, handling up to 160 calls per day. Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, starting at $15/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account information.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Document call details and update customer accounts in the system.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a clear, professional phone demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability.
