Manager the customer care of the existing clients on their fiber network. Manage the call center and techs that provide direct support for installs and outages. Must have solid managerial skills and the ability to direct work and daily tasks. The ability to create process improvements and find ways to gain efficiencies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 – $48.00/hr.
