We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing call center operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage call center staff.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Data Analysis: Analyze call center metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
Goal Setting: Develop and implement goals and action plans to improve performance.
Customer Service: Resolve customer issues and ensure high-quality service.
Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for personnel and supplies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of (X) years in call center management or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 – $45.00/hr.
