Do you like making phone calls and speaking with people about their opinions? Do you need a shift that starts later in the morning? Then this is the right position for you! Join this tight-knit team in a project-based Outbound Call Center as a CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE.
Location: Lakewood, WA
Position Type: Temporary
Pay: $16.28
Schedule: 12:00pm – 5:30pm Mon – Friday
Job duties to include:
Make outbound calls, meeting metrics per day
Follow a script for each political poll and survey project, NO SALES!
Perform efficient data entry of constituents’ responses into the database
Qualifications:
Attendance is a MUST
1-2 years Customer Service experience
Great phone skills
Basic computer skills
