Salary: $15.00-$16.00/hr

Job description

A credit union in Valparaiso is looking to fill a full-time Call Center Representative position to deliver high-quality service, develop and maintain relationships with members, and promote their banking options . 

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a multi line phone system
• Processing over the phone credit card transactions

Qualifications:

• Candidates must actively promote the credit union by delivering high-quality service, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, and effectively cross-selling products and services.
• At least 1 year of call center experience or experience in handling a high volume of phone calls

Pay and Schedule:

• Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm and rotating Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm
• During month end deadlines may need to work later or work on weekends
• $15.00-$16.00/hr
