A local call center is looking for motivated Call Center Representatives to help provide outstanding customer service support via telephone – no telemarketing.

Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be receiving inbound customer calls and will be providing customer service and answering questions related to the business. Sales experience a plus! Customer Service Representatives make an important contribution to customer satisfaction by providing a prompt, efficient and courteous service to callers while ensuring customers have a positive experience with the company’s product or service.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or the equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of previous work experience
• Be neat, well groomed, and have a courteous, pleasant manner
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
• Clerical skills including word processing

Evaluation to hire position

Hours are Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 8:00pm. Must be available to work an 8-hour shift within those hours. Pay rate is $15.00 an hour.
