Long Term Contract – Call Center Rep

We are searching for multiple Call Center Reps to join a a mortgage lending team in Bingham Farms, MI. 

Onsite – In person 

Schedule: 9am-5:30pm / Monday-Friday 

Salary: $17/hr 

About the company: Recently established this loan company is working hard to provide their various loan products to potential clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing companies mortgage products.
• Identify prospects and transfer them directly to the sales team for further consultation.
• Accurately record call details and interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead transfer goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection while maintaining motivation in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of mortgages or a willingness to learn.
• Professional phone demeanor and ability to engage clients effectively.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and basic computer tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
