We have partnered with a growing company in the WEST metro! The Call Center Representative will be fielding inbound and outbound marketing calls and setting sales appointments in a call center environment.

Schedule: Morning Shift: 9:00am – 6:00pm; Monday – Thursday then Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm OR Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm (alternate every other week)

Duties

• Field inbound and outbound marketing calls to generate sales leads.
• Set high quality appointments for outside sales team.
• Continually acquire product knowledge to improve effectiveness in setting quality appointments.
• Position is focused on setting appointments for sales lead.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior call center or customer service experience is plus
• Ability to communicate effectively via verbal and written
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and record management.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate responses.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor.
