Customer Service Representative 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Call Center Representatives to join call centers in the Omaha and Fremont areas!

Position Details:

• Type: Full time
• Schedule: Flexible shift times – open 24/7
• Location: Fremont, NE and Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: up to $20/hr

Job Duties:

• Answer inbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing accurate and effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and solutions, in the company’s CRM system.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve performance goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
• Excellent data entry skills for accurate record keeping
