Call Center Representative – 2nd shift
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative for 2nd shift to join a local Omaha Company!
Position Details:
- Type: Evaluation Hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 12pm – 9pm
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Pay/Salary: $18-$20/hour
Job Duties:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, offering accurate solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record details of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve goals and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous and recent Call center experience is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to conduct research and collect data effectively
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while on the phone
- Must be an intermediate to advanced user in the Microsoft Office Suite
