  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide effective solutions.
  • Strive for first-call resolution and maintain service quality.
  • Respond efficiently to customers, creating positive experiences.
  • Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile.
  • Record all conversations in our call center database.
  • Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • High school degree (additional education or experience preferred).
