- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide effective solutions.
- Strive for first-call resolution and maintain service quality.
- Respond efficiently to customers, creating positive experiences.
- Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile.
- Record all conversations in our call center database.
- Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- High school degree (additional education or experience preferred).
