To work in the contact center, we are looking for a call center representative. In the fast-paced workplace we work in, the team’s dynamism, energy, and diligence are essential. We take pleasure in encouraging and exchanging best practices to help one another perform to the best of our abilities because of the supportive nature of our team. It’s a pleasant, social atmosphere to be in even though we’re a dedicated, professional team.Responsibilities::
· Act as the primary contact for all incoming phone and email inquiries.
· Handling phone and email inquiries that are intricate and technical.
· Supporting new customers through the learning curve of setting up their own business or being employed through an Umbrella company.
· Answering questions and obtaining data so that clients receive correct updates.
· Working towards team-related KPIs that are attainable and based on query response times.What we need from you:· Contact center experience would be helpful, particularly in a company with a large volume of incoming calls.
· Experience meeting and exceeding difficult goals on a regular basis.
· Capacity to work with stretch targets while maintaining First Class customer service skills.
· Capable of assimilating and exhibiting deep understanding after receiving training on every aspect of pensions.
· Outstanding grammar communication skills both in writing and speaking.
· A self-starter.
· Excellent people skills and sympathetic listening abilities.
· Excellent IT abilities, including the use of Excel spreadsheets and email among the Microsoft Office toolkit.
· Excellent ability to solve problems.
· Consistently customer-focused and resilient.
· Capacity to maintain composure and tolerance.
· Quick learner and take initiative to acquire knowledge and comprehension.
