Customer Service Representative
Express Employment Professionals is seeking Call Center Representatives to join call centers in the Omaha and Fremont areas!
Position Details:
- Type: Full time
- Schedule: Flexible shift times – open 24/7
- Location: Fremont, NE and Omaha, NE
- Pay/Salary: up to $20/hr
Job Duties:
- Answer inbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, providing accurate and effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and solutions, in the company’s CRM system.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve performance goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Excellent data entry skills for accurate record keeping
