Training will be M-F 8am-5pm for 2-3 weeks

• National contact center support
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers
• Support sales order process for new installation projects
• Following up on open service requests and placing new requests
• Support billing and payment process
• Completing online service requests

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
