Drybar is hiring Part Time Call Center Representatives at our Phoenix location

Representatives start at $15 per hour
Call Center Representative will:
- Provide support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns and scheduling appointments.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by providing exceptional guest care
- Previous experience answering phones preferred
- Must have the ability to work weekends
