Drybar is hiring Part Time Call Center Representatives at our Phoenix location

Representatives start at $15 per hour

Call Center Representative will:

• Provide support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns and scheduling appointments.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by providing exceptional guest care
• Previous experience answering phones preferred
• Must have the ability to work weekends
