Our Client in Ann Arbor is looking for Call Center Representative to join their team.

What you’ll be doing as a Call Center Representative

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Call Center Representative

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• HS Diploma or equivalent

Additional information for the Call Center Representative

• $17 hourly
• Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 11am-5:30pm
