Call Center Representative in Charleston, West Virginia

Job Title: Call Center Representative Job Description: A local company is seeking Call Center Representatives to provide excellent customer service through inbound customer calls. The ideal candidate will answer questions related to the business and ensure customers have a positive experience with the companys products or services. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally. Provide courteous and efficient service to address customer inquiries. Answer questions related to the companys products or services. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions. Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by delivering a high-quality service experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous customer service experience required; sales experience is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with data entry. Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
