St Lucie Battery & Tire is looking for a motivated and experience Call Center Representative to add to our growing Call Center Department to provide outstanding service to our guests with a positive attitude. Previous Call Center Representative experience is preferable, but we are willing to train the right person.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries

  • Schedule customer appointments over the phone

  • Provide excellent customer service and attentively listen to customer requests

  • Communicate with customers in a suitable and proper manner

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and telephone skills

  • Computer and keyboard literate

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Excel experience (preferred)

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule

  • Possess a great attitude

  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
