St Lucie Battery & Tire is looking for a motivated and experience Call Center Representative to add to our growing Call Center Department to provide outstanding service to our guests with a positive attitude. Previous Call Center Representative experience is preferable, but we are willing to train the right person.
Primary Responsibilities:
Carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries
Schedule customer appointments over the phone
Provide excellent customer service and attentively listen to customer requests
Communicate with customers in a suitable and proper manner
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong communication and telephone skills
Computer and keyboard literate
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excel experience (preferred)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Possess a great attitude
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
