Our client in Parsippany, NJ is looking for Customer Service Representatives who are experienced handling inbound and outbound (sales) calls. The company’s primary mission is to bring together great employees with ongoing innovation to create a best-in-class network of hearing health brands and community-based clinics.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Answer questions from customers
• Data entry
• Communicate with vendors

Experience with the following required:

• Call Center (can handle big volume calls)
• Excel
