First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) to join our Call Center Team. This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers’ inquiries. You’ll gain a foundational knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking industry.

As a Service Consultant, you are the first line of communication for our internal and external customers. You’ll also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn incentives based on your performance. Great opportunities for career growth! This position is located in the Kamehameha Industrial Center in Kalihi.

Compensation:

Pay range is $20.00 – $23.00/hr., commensurate with experience.

Next Target Training Class for Call Center:

The next target date for training for our Call Center opportunity is November 18, 2024. 

Work Schedule:

7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary)

Work Arrangement:

This role is an on-site work arrangement. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Must be open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment. Shift will be 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training.
  • High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment
  • Experience in Call Center environment desirable.
  • Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly desirable.
