Our Call center Supervisor enjoys:

Our Call center Supervisor is responsible for: 

  • Daily call center performance to ensure call center KPIs are met.
  • Daily and Monthly call center reports such as
  • Call center phone reports
  • Agent performance reports
  • Agent’s observations reports
  • Provides customer support by responding to questions and call backs concerning customer trips, including no shows, cancellations, missed trips.
  • Investigate, respond, and address Call center Customer Complaints
  • Train/mentor other call center leads and Agents.
  • Coaching, training, and re-training of Agents
  • Answer inbound Customer call.
  • Create and provide training material to Agents.

To qualify as a Call center Supervisor, you’ll need: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 year’s of call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
