WORK FROM HOME JOB!!!!

Call Center Representatives needed for company on the NW side of Indianapolis. They have multiple openings and shifts. These are work from home positions. You must be able to train on site in Indianapolis for 2-3 days of training.

Job Summary:

Receive inbound calls from patients.
Verify if an item is recalled.
Gather information from caller and enter into web site.
Give confirmation number back to patient.
Training is in the office for 2-3 days.

Qualifications:

Good customer service skills
Call center experience
Experience with disability claims is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office product
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
High school diploma
Verifiable references

Location: West Indianapolis, IN.

Position Type: Project oriented.

Schedules available:

8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $17/hr. ($19 for bilingual reps who are used on a bilingual project)
