Call Service Agent in San Marcos, California

Description

We are on the hunt for a personable and professional Call Center Agent to join our client’s fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere in the Telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, a college degree, and at least one year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries.

• Maintain an elevated level of product knowledge to provide detailed information to customers.

• Track, escalate, and redirect unresolved issues to the pertinent department.

• Ensure call protocols and procedural standards are met.

• Entering data accurately into the system.

• Handle customer complaints, offer solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

• Follow communication scripts when handling various call topics.

• Participate in training sessions to grow knowledge and performance level.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• At least one year of relevant experience in a call center or related customer service environment.

• Proficiency with technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
