A person with drive, passion and energy to create something great. As a Campaign Manager (CRM/Emailing marketing) you will:

  • Develop Business Requirements Documents including, but not limited to, data management, campaign segmentation, campaign decision trees, test and control segments, list generation and deployment criteria
  • Manage campaign set up and execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud leveraging existing processes
  • Managing large projects or processes
  • Assists in identifying new opportunities for using and acquiring data to better meet the needs of our clients.
  • Anticipate client needs before they are requested and review them with the team
  • Take an active role in the planning process by contributing to the project brief and being the source of relevant product and market information.
  • Stay on top of the campaign deployment tasks to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Proactively manage project assets necessary for successful project execution
  • Develop strong relationships with marketing clients and internal team members
  • Coach junior team members, providing support, guidance and peer review as needed and setting day to day operational objectives for the team
  • Work with the team to implement processes, data strategy, data management and analytics.
  • Explore new campaign and data tools and processes to increase efficiencies, speed executing, increase quality controls, simplify engagements, etc.

what you bring to the table.

  • 3 + experience as a campaign specialist with a focus on CRM operations, database marketing, direct marketing, loyalty program management, list generation, data analytics, solution design, email deployment, campaign management/testing and reporting.
  • Experience creating business requirements documents (BRD’s) or other relevant campaign documentation
  • Incorporate different tools such as segmentation, automation, tracking, and analytics to make data driven decisions to optimize email campaigns.
  • Experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.
  • Utilize scripting for use in messaging and CloudPages (AMPscript, Guide Template Language, Server-Side Javascript).
  • Define and execute email data interactions (import, data extracts, file transfers).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Omniture, or other web reporting tools (an asset)
  • Email Marketing Specialist or SFMC Consultant Certification (an asset)
  • Experience in providing strategic suggestions on technical builds based on campaign requirements
  • Excellent time management skills – the ability to multitask, meet tight timelines and be flexible in adapting processes to meet project needs
  • Solution-oriented work, positive team player
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives
  • Marketing Cloud Admin (Required)
  • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (Required)
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant (Required 3-6 months after start)
