We are ambitious and building for the long-term.If you are motivated by our mission and if you want to be part of our growing team then we want to hear from you.RequirementsAbout the RoleAs the Capture and Proposal Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential commercial opportunities for Arondite as well as managing the proposal process from end-to-end (including drafting and editing the response, coordinating internal reviews, working with the legal team to negotiate contracts, conducting debriefs, etc.). You’ll proactively scan the horizon for upcoming opportunities, work with company leadership to determine if they are a good fit, and then do whatever it takes to win them. You’ll work on projects that take an hour and projects that take a year, and you’ll be able to switch context appropriately.This role shifts between the fine-grained, detail-oriented work of understanding particular opportunities at a granular level and the broad, strategic considerations of overall company strategy and growth; the successful candidate will be excited by both ends of this spectrum.You should apply if you have:

  • An ability to write concise, compelling prose at varying levels of technical detail, pitched appropriately to the audience
  • An ability to translate complex technical concepts from the white board to the page and work closely with a team of engineers to turn ideas into words
  • Exceptional attention to detail and appreciation for the minutiae of public procurement
  • World-class programme management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience writing and managing tenders/bids/proposals, e.g. RFPs, PQQs, ITTs, RFIs, commercial proposals, etc
  • Experience building, refining, and executing on complex processes
  • Willingness to work with a high degree of ownership and independence
