The UNDP Istanbul Regional Hub invites interested bidders to submit bids for the vehicle described below:

Proforma Cost 2014                103.250.000 TRY

Vehicle History: 2015 – TRY 33,335.14 in parts replacement; 2025 – absorption pump replaced during annual maintenance; 2026 – circulation pump replaced. All maintenance and repairs have been carried out at an authorized Mercedes service center. The vehicle is in very good working condition.

The vehicle may be inspected at the UNDP IRH parking lot between 11:00 and 15:00, Monday to Friday, provided that procurement.irh@undp.org is informed at least two days before the inspection.

The vehicle will be sold on an “as is where is” basis. The buyer shall bear all taxes and duties, in full compliance with Turkish law, as the vehicle has been procured VAT-exempt. The plates will be removed upon sale. Taxes, transportation, and any additional costs will be covered by the successful bidder.

The winning bidder will be the bidder offering the highest price.

Any interested bidder should submit their bid no later than the announcement closing date, in a single currency (USD), to the following address: procurement.irh@undp.org, in the specified format.

The method of payment accepted is via bank transfer and the appropriate amount will be deposited within 5 working days to the UNDP bank account. The bank details will be provided only to the winner, and the vehicle will be released upon submission of a bank slip issued by the beneficiary’s bank.

Please note that UNDP IRH will not be responsible for any costs related to removing the vehicle purchased on an “as is where is” basis, or for any maintenance, insurance, repair, registration, plate, or operating costs of the vehicle.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE UNDP ISTANBUL REGIONAL HUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.

All antennas, radios, and UNDP-specific equipment will be removed from the vehicle prior to sale.

Araç “olduğu gibi bulunduğu yerde” esasına göre satılacaktır. Araç KDV muafiyetli olarak temin edildiğinden, alıcı tüm vergi ve harçları Türk mevzuatına uygun şekilde üstlenecektir. Satış sonrası plakalar sökülecektir. Vergiler, taşıma ve diğer tüm masraflar kazanan teklif sahibi tarafından karşılanacaktır.

İhaleyi kazanan, en yüksek teklifi sunan isteklidir.

İlgilenen isteklilerin tekliflerini, ilan kapanış tarihine kadar, tek para birimi (USD) cinsinden ve belirtilen formatta procurement.irh@undp.org adresine göndermeleri gerekmektedir.

Ödeme yöntemi banka havalesidir ve ilgili tutar, satış bildiriminin tarihinden itibaren en geç 5 iş günü içinde UNDP banka hesabına yatırılacaktır. Banka bilgileri yalnızca kazanan istekli ile paylaşılacaktır. Araç, lehtarın bankası tarafından düzenlenmiş banka dekontunun ibraz edilmesi üzerine teslim edilecektir.

UNDP IRH, “olduğu gibi, bulunduğu yerde” satın alınan aracın taşınması, bakımı, sigortası, onarımı, kaydı, plaka işlemleri ve işletme giderlerinden sorumlu değildir.
