We are recruiting full and part-time Care Assistants to provide care and support to people living in Mosborough.

Work an average of 30+ hours and you will receive:

• £150 after 3 months and £150 after 6 months

You will also receive up to £300 Refer a Friend bonus, up to £300 annual bonus, and £25 birthday gift voucher.

Pay: £12.30 p/hr (drivers)

• 45p per mile for drivers

As a Care Assistant in Mosbourgh for Be Caring Sheffield, your working hours will be aligned with our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings and weekend working:

• Early shift: 7:00am – 2:00pm (start time depends on public transport times)

• Late shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)

As a Care Assistant in Mosboroughfor Be Caring Sheffield, we will agree your working pattern, setting 2-week rota which includes:

• Alternate full weekends.

• Evenings as arranged within your working hours.

Job Description

You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant for Be Caring Sheffield, patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are all essential qualities for this role.

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Provide personal care that protects people’s dignity.

• Promote independence using enabling approaches.

• Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.

• Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

Induction Training

We are looking for people with Be Caring values to join our team. For this role you do not need care experience, we recognise you will have many transferable skills from previous roles, for example as a shop assistant. We will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding Care Assistant.
