• Graduate in any discipline with excellent communication skills
• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
• Good analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Handle high volume of customer calls, emails and letters regarding consumer durable queries in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues by coordinating with internal teams
• Maintain records of customer interactions and outcomes, updating systems accordingly
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the Team Leader/Manager
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and feedback on resolution effectiveness
