CEC – Subject Matter Expert – Retail Assets-Customer Experience Center-Customer Service

  • Eligibility Criteria-
  • Minimum eligibility criteria is M2
  • Minimum 2 year and above in same division.
  • P3 or above rating in the Previous Appraisal.
  • No Blackspots, Warning letters /Memo/ Behavioural issues in last 6 months.
  • Skill Required-
  • Flexible with work culture( WHO & WFH ) basis requirement.
  • Handling OJT batches as and when required.
  • Grooming new officers and achieving team SR and Complaint SR target.
  • Handling queries, improving team SOQC, Conducting refresher and training sessions.
  • Looking after NPS scores, recovery, NPS calling.
  • Well versed with product process knowledge about Banking and Consumer durable product..
  • Ability to Supervise and guide the team in absence of Team Leader.
