OVERVIEW OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE POST
Sous l’autorité générale du Sous-Directeur général pour la Priorité Afrique et les relations extérieures (ADG/PAX), la supervision directe du Directeur du Bureau régional de l’UNESCO pour le Maghreb, basé à Rabat, et en coopération étroite avec les Secteurs de programme et les antennes des pays que le Bureau couvre, le/la Chargé(e) national(e) adjoint(e) de liaison contribuera à la gestion des partenariats avec diverses parties prenantes extérieures, issues notamment de la société civile et du secteur privé.
Le/La Chargé(e) national(e) adjoint(e) de liaison participera au renforcement du réseau du Bureau et à l’enrichissement du portefeuille de projets extra-budgétaires, ainsi que le suivi d’échanges d’information et de correspondances avec les entités gouvernementales et Commissions nationales.

La/le Chargé(e) national(e) adjoint(e) de liaison travaillera au sein de l’équipe interdisciplinaire du Bureau régional de l’UNESCO à Rabat dans des domaines thématiques transversaux et devra assumer, entre autres, les responsabilités suivantes :

UNESCO’s salaries consist of a basic salary and other benefits which may include if applicable: 30 days annual leave, family allowance, medical insurance, pension plan etc.
The approximate annual starting salary for this post is 477763 Moroccan Dirhams.
