If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.Ce rôle dirige et encadre l’équipe Scrum dans les meilleures pratiques Agiles, met en place des actions pour améliorer la productivité et la qualité des livrables, favorise l’adoption des pratiques Scrum dans toute l’organisation, et identifie, gère et atténue les problèmes et les risques du projet.Responsabilités spécifiques :Conduit des réunions d’équipe et influence et encadre l’équipe sur l’état d’esprit Agile.Sert de gardien du processus Agile SAFe.Favorise les efforts d’amélioration continus et minimise les interruptions externes.Coordonne et facilite la planification de l’Incrément de Programme (PI) et documente les objectifs engagés, le tableau d’équipe et les jalons.Conduit des réunions quotidiennes debout et des rétrospectives d’équipe.Travaille avec le Product Owner pour gérer le backlog.Traite les obstacles et les résout ou les escalade si nécessaire.Surveille la vélocité de l’équipe et suit les progrès quotidiens dans l’outil Agile choisi.Assiste aux réunions Scrum of Scrum pour escalader les problèmes qui ne peuvent pas être traités au sein de l’équipe.Permet une équipe efficace dans le train.Effectue l’affinage du backlog et la planification des itérations.Interagit avec les clients, utilisateurs et tiers concernés ; propose des solutions créatives aux problèmes utilisateurs identifiés à travers des améliorations, des projets ou des tickets.Évalue l’ensemble de la portée (budget, temps, effort) et les impacts système des solutions proposées.Exigences du poste:Diplôme universitaire en technologie de l’information ou équivalent.Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en technologie de l’information.Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.Soutien aux membres de l’équipe dans l’identification des décisions.Facilitation sans diminuer l’engagement de l’équipe à obtenir des résultats.Construction de relations et soutien au développement individuel.Prévision et identification des défis à venir.Encouragement de la communication ouverte entre les membres de l’équipe.Facilitation d’un conflit sain lors des réunions d’équipe.Leadership persuasif et coaching.Expérience étendue de Scrum/Agile.Budgétisation dans un environnement Agile.Compréhension approfondie des concepts informatiques et logiciels, du développement et de la modélisation logiciels.Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression.Capacité à travailler en situation de crise et en mode multitâches.Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English.
