Adjunct Instructor Chemistry
Neosho County Community College Ottawa Campus
Neosho County Community College welcomes applicants for the position of
Adjunct Instructor Chemistry. Current class assignments are Introduction
to Chemistry lecture and laboratory. Contact Dr. Steve Yuza

Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in field preferred or masters
degree with 18 graduate hours in field required. Previous successful
college level teaching experience preferred.
Adjunct faculty may be assigned to teach up to 10 hours a semester,
including collateral assignments in appropriately certified areas of
interest. Courses may be scheduled anytime during the academic day or
evening depending on adjunct instructors and/or college schedule. Fall
2025 classes have not been prescheduled. Future teaching assignment may
include the option of hybrid, virtual, or online classes, depending on
the needs of the college and the interest and/or experience of the
instructor.
Starting Date: Beginning Fall Semester 2025, renewable each semester
as needed.
