Chief Deputy Prosecutor -Criminal

Starting wage $ 90000.00

Typical working hours: Hours may vary-full time benefited position,
wage is DOE.

Job Summary: Performs all duties of the Prosecuting Attorney
pursuant to Idaho Code, managing assigned cases from intake through
disposition. Acts as Prosecutor for Boundary County in the absence of
the Prosecuting Attorney. Experience Required Graduation from an ABA
accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate degree. At least four
years’ experience as a practicing attorney with two years’ experience
in a prosecutor’s office preferred. Must be admitted to practice law in
the State of Idaho and maintain good standing. with the Idaho State Bar.
Must maintain continuing legal education requirements of the State Bar.

Minimum Education: Graduationfrom ABA accredited law school with a
Juris Doctorate degree
