The Master and Governors of Haileybury are pleased to invite applications for the role of Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO).Founded in 1862 and located within a 500-acre woodland campus in Hertfordshire, Haileybury is a leading co-educational boarding and day school for over 900 pupils aged 11 to 18. This is a complex and demanding role spanning all non-academic operations of the school, including an extensive estate, ensuring its overall financial health and sustainability. The CFOO will also provide strategic and commercial input into key areas whilst seeking new opportunities for the generation of non-fee income.Strong commercial acumen and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills will be essential.
